2_Car_Garages

Two car garage plans by Behm Design are very popular and are available in many variations of sizes and styles - we offer at least (150) twocar garage plans. Scroll through our huge selection - you may find your perfect garage. Be sure to check your vehicle overall dimensions and add a couple feet for walking around space on each side. Then add wall space or work space as preferred. This is usually most important if you have larger vehicles, trucks, etc. 
 
 Vehicle height can be an issue with some trucks and that may require using a garage plan designed with 9' or 10' wall height instead of the usual 8'. With taller walls you cn use taller garage door. Usually the wall height is about 12" greater than the door height to accomodate the header beam wall top plate above.
