Dormer_Garages
Garage plans with dormers bring light, space and view to the upper story, add interest to the roof form. We offer a nice selection of garages with dormers, including gable dormers and shed roof dormers. Dormers are usually used on traditional, colonial and craftsman style garages.
Carriage house plan # 2402-1 has front center gable, 2 dormers and wide shed dormer along the back, creating lots of second story / loft space. Craftsman style includes 24" roof overhang with brackets.
