by Jay Behm - Flat roof garage plans by Behm Design have minimal drainage slope and ventilation as required by current building codes.
These garage plans are great for blending with homes of this style are are often hard to find. Flat roof garage plans also minimize blocking of light and view which can be important siting issues in dense settings.
This garage has a nice work area to the side. Design is Mid Century Modern style, inspired by early 1950s modern homes - another original garage design available only at Behm Design.
