Craftsman_Style_Garages
Craftsman style garage plans include broad, bracket supported roof overhangs and details typical of the era. Our Craftsman garage plans are available in a variety of sizes. Our Craftsman garages are often finished with details, siding and trim made to match an existing home.
Carriage house plan # 2402-1 has front center gable, 2 dormers and wide shed dormer along the back, creating lots of second story / loft space. Craftsman style includes 24" roof overhang with brackets.

"Here is my completed garage based on Plan 1211-1. Other than a few minor modifications to windows and an additional garage door opening into my back yard my contractor followed these plans to the letter. I had very few headaches with the City of Columbus building department. The plans were submitted with the modifications pencilled in and I had no problems.
