Behm Design has many garage plans with apartments to choose from in a variety of configurations including full two story, loft in roof with dormers and single story, ground level designs. Garages with apartments are great projects but you should check with local zoning or building authority to make sure that an accessory dwelling can be built on you property in accordance with zoning laws.
