Apartment_Garages
Apartment garage plans are popular now with need for rental space, additional income or as investments. Behm Design has many garage apartnment plan to choose from in a variety of configurations including full two story, loft in roof with dormers and single story, ground level designs. Garages with apartments are great projects but you should check with local zoning or building authority to make sure that an accessory dwelling can be built on you property in accordance with zoning laws. Garage apartments are also great for phased construction - building the shell with rough-ins first and then finishing out the apartment later.Our garage with apartment plans are designed for the most commonly requested sizes.
