"Here is my completed garage based on Plan 1211-1. Other than a few minor modifications to windows and an additional garage door opening into my back yard my contractor followed these plans to the letter. I had very few headaches with the City of Columbus building department. The plans were submitted with the modifications pencilled in and I had no problems.
